We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with any issues you may find with our products, and allow us to try and resolve any issues that you may have. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Please fill out this form, and we will do our best to solve any issues that you may have.
- Please do not return items without pre-authorization.
- As long as the product is not damaged and is free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, or markings (including writing of any kind), and is in its original packaging we will take it back if within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns after 30 days MUST be pre-approved and will be subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.
- Items that have been installed, used or damaged cannot be returned.
- Apparel is not not eligible for return unless we shipped the wrong item.
- Any defective part must be pre-approved for return by contacting us via this form.
- Electronic equipment is non-refundable (lights, gauges, etc.) but please contact us with any issues and we will see what we can do.
- Shipping charges are only credited if the return is due to a Bedlam Werks error or product is defective.
- Custom Made and Special order items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product or damaged in shipping. For this reason, please double check the measurements and design in our email correspondance before giving us the final go ahead to start production.
- All returns must be in original packing and must include your original order or invoice number in the box.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please make sure to pack all items back in it's original packaging, and then in a secondary box to ship back to us.
